Does your system block my email?
USAWide employs the power of Vircom, Inc's Modus3 mail server which uses one of the most sophisticated spam scanning techniques available. No software is perfect so there is a possibility for an error or "false-positive". If you are seeing spam come through the filter or some of your emails are being blocked, you are in control of the tightness of our filter per your account. To change this setting Login to web mail and click on the settings tab. Then click on the Anti-Spam button on the left side. On the level setting you will have four different settings, Disabled, Normal, Strong and Extreme. Adjust this accordingly and then click on save at the bottom.

What is the Quarantine?
The Quarantine is a separate mailbox within your mailbox. If the USAWide.Net mail server believes that the mail that it has received is spam it will send it to the quarantine rather than your inbox. You can access the quarantine by logging on to Web-Mail through our home page (http://www.usawide.net). From there you can click on USAWide Web mail in the Lower right hand corner of the webpage. Log in using your E-Mail Address and password. Once you are in the web mail system you can click on the tab up at the top labeled Quarantine. In this folder you will find all the spam and viruses that USAWide's e-mail has blocked. If you find a message in the quarantine that you would like simply put a check in the box at the beginning of the message line and then click on the release button at the bottom of the list. After you have released the message you should find the message that you released in your inbox. If you'd like to get rid of a message in the quarantine, put a check in the box at the beginning of the message line and click on the delete/undelete button. After clicking on this button it should put a line through the message you selected to delete. To get rid of the message completely you would then click on the purge deleted messages button. If this button is not pushed after the delete/undelete button the message will not be deleted.
